Returns and Refunds
How It Works
LASHES
​
Please note that due to the sensitive nature of the eyes, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept or refund lash purchases. Therefore, lash purchases are final.
WIGS
​
If you are unsatisfied with your wig purchase, you may return it at your own shipping cost.
We will accept returns and refund your purchase under the following conditions:
Wig is in its original condition and packaging
Wig has not been altered or cut (i.e. hair and lace are intact)
Wig has not been bleached, coloured or dyed
Wig has not been worn
Customized wigs will not be refunded, as customization is as per an individual's specification.

OTHER
​
Items such as grooming tools, eyeliners and adhesives will be accepted under the following conditions:
all items must be sealed, unused and unopened
items must be in their original packaging

Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
At Quirky Lustre we aim to ensure a seamless experience with shipping orders.
We use locker and door-to-door courier shipping services.
Our shipping services have a turnaround time of 1 to 10 working days, including custom orders.

Should you make more than one separate order within a period of 24 hours, we may ship these orders at the same time, but using separate packaging in order to avoid possible confusion.

COSTS
​
All orders are shipped at a rate of R55 and R69. Free shipping applies for all orders above R650.

NOTE
​
Once your order has been shipped by us you will receive a notice via email and/or text message with a tracking number and courier company, confirming that your package has been shipped

SHIPPING RETURNS

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your purchase. However, please ensure that your return purchase meets the conditions stipulated under our Returns and Refunds policy.

Please note that return shipping will be at your own cost. Ensure that you provide us with your tracking number and courier company in order to ensure a seamless return process.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the event that you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return the product within 7 to 10 days upon delivery (i.e. day count starts from the day the package was delivered)

In the unfortunate event of your package arriving damaged due to shipping, please take a picture of it and send it through to us before opening the package. However, our couriers normally handle our packages with diligence

Please note all defects need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Returns will be shipped at your own cost. In the unfortunate event where Quirky Lustre is at fault we will refund your shipping costs in the form a store voucher. Please inform us before shipping a return item

No returns or refunds will be accepted or processed on items that have been purchased on sale/discount. Therefore, all sale items are final.
